The beloved comic book series Eightball made Daniel Clowes' name even before he gained fame as a bestselling graphic novelist (Ghost World, Patience, David Boring, Ice Haven) and filmmaker. I would either like a refund or for someone to restore the purchase for the game I previously had.Collecting issues 1-18 of the iconic Daniel Clowes comics anthology, Eightball it contains the original installments of Ghost World, the short that the film Art School Confidential was based on, and much more, newly designed for paperback by the author. It ruins the whole experience of the series being that I’m gonna spend $30 on a game that isn’t even sold for that much for PlayStation. And this is the second time I’ve left a review the first time was last year and no one ever replied to me. It’s so frustrating because I want to play it and finish the game but I don’t want to keep spending money and wasting time on a game that won’t even work for me. So then I thought it was my phone so I got a new phone and I download the app yet again and I complete the first episode but now I have to pay another $15 to play the others when they probably won’t even work. I thought it was probably my phone being that I had it for awhile or maybe I didn’t have enough storage so I would delete storage and it still wouldn’t work. I love telltale games and I love the walking dead series I have purchased every season but I can never get passed this one because every time I download the episode it doesn’t work and I’ve been trying to finish this game for the past year and I still can’t. Very good but not as good as the first two Overall the games and the quality of the stories are great but I wish the company was more reliable It's really frustrating and I think I'll just save myself the money and annoyance and just watch others play on a let's play. Then mobile devices don't get it until days later (despite being told it would be released across all platforms in one day) Unfortunately, Telltale is unprofessional in their communication with customers and reliability in delivering products on time. It's released at different, non specified times for consoles. A month later they push it back another month (sometimes two). An episode takes about two hours to play and then telltale sets a release date about two months away for the next game. The typical way having a telltale game plays out: an episode is released. I feel like this has been a common problem complained and talked about for ages with Telltale but I see absolutely no improvement over the years with these games. But I find myself wanting to buy the games less and less because of the waiting times in between each episode and the lack of communication from the company to the customers.
